However, each affiliated real estate professional, brokerage, or firm operates as a separate, licensed entity and is independently owned and managed.
All affiliated professionals and brokers are licensed in accordance with state regulations and comply with the legal requirements applicable to their jurisdiction. If a client or participant feels aggrieved by the actions of a licensed affiliate, they may pursue a claim through the appropriate regulatory agency or bonding authority, if applicable.
